Bash for Bikes

Last month, BioLogic was a sponsor of “Bash for Bikes,” an event put on by World Bicycle Relief to send contributions to their Bicycle for Educational Empowerment Program (BEEP) in Zambia. Through the donations collected at the recent event, World Bicycle Relief was able to send 152 bicycles to Zambia and also provide training for 3 additional mechanics! Being able to provide mechanic training is vital to the communities as it gives back precious time to the students to ensure they have more productive hours in the day for studying and assisting their families with chores and work while also ensuring they are better rested and more prepared to learn at school.

BioLogic also contributed all sales of the Bike Mount for iPhone 4 during the Taipei Cycle Show to the BEEP program. Take a look at the details of the August event here and find out more about the efforts of World Bicycle Relief here.
