BioLogic BikeBrain v2.1 now available
We’re incredibly excited to announce that an upgrade to our free BikeBrain iPhone cycling app is now available! BikeBrain 2.1 combines all the great features from the previous version while providing users with the option of three new modules.
BikeBrain now features a new simple button that allows users to open the iPhone camera directly in the App. Once taken, a reference to each geo-tagged photo is plotted on the map as a record of where you were when you took it. The best photos can then be selected and shared to Google Maps and your Facebook feed with the same simple, one-button sharing.
These sharing functions are available in the Social Sharing Module, one of three separate upgrade modules that allow users to only pay for additional content that they need. Data-geeks will also be able to monitor their pace, altitude and calories used through the Data Enhancement feature, while hard core cyclists can store an unlimited amount of highly customized training profiles in the Training module. German speakers now have free access to the localized German version.
In addition to the latest app release, all users will now be able to create a profile and access user manuals on the newly launched www.BikeBrain.net. The website is designed to create a community for BikeBrain users to share information related to their BikeBrain experience through forum discussions and user-generated content.
Users who have previously upgraded to BikeBrain Plus will receive the three upgrade modules for free, but new users can purchase each app upgrade for $0.99 or buy all three at a discount for $1.99. The newest version of BikeBrain will be available for download now through the App Store here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id424193629.

Restoring previous purchases
Hi KY – If you have upgraded to the newest version of BikeBrain but have purchases modules in a previous version, you should be able to use the “Restore Previous Purchase” function in BikeBrain. If you have already purchased the modules again, you can submit a return through the iTunes App Store to request a refund. Hope this helps!

Paid twice for the same modules upgrade
I have previously purchased the full modules of Bike Brain, recently found the app behave back like a free version (perhaps happen after update). When I try to activate the full modules again expecting it will be free, but to my surprise I was charge again as new purchase :(
Is this normal?
Troubleshooting v2.3
Hi Saj – with the v2.3 update including Bluetooth connectivity, you will now need to be running iOS 5.0, 5.1 or 6.0 for the app to work. Upgrade your iOS and you should be good to go!

Problem stating bike brain v2.3
Hi installed bike brain v2.3 and cannot open the app, when I click on it, it opens and closes. I have tried reinstalling it many times but keeps happening over and over again, my iPhone is the 4.3.3 what do I do?

I also haven’t heard about this Facebook error… We’ll look into that and focus on getting things back up and running.

Facebook Sharing - 403 Error
I get a 403 error (http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E403.html) when trying to share my trips to Facebook. I lost all my trips when re-installing the App & then had to repurchase the social sharing module that allows you to share to FB but NOW I still get the damn 403 Error.
I am using an older iPhone 3GS. Have tried contacting BikeBrain Support twice in the past week but still have had no reply.
Does anyone else have this issue & more importantly is there a resolution????
I’m getting a little desperate here & thinking about moving to a different app so any response would be much appreciated.
