BikeBrain App Facebook sharing issues
Facebook decided that our App Developer Account was registered improperly. As a result, they unexpectedly closed our BikeBrain account on June 27th. We have contacted Facebook to reactivate the App Developer Account, but have yet to hear a response from them. We have applied and received a new generated app ID and have submitted to Apple as a new version, which requires roughly another 5 working days for approval. Once we receive this approval, you will be able to download the new version from the App Store. Users will need to re-login to Facebook through their BikeBrain accounts and then will regain access to Facebook posting. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to correct the situation as quickly as possible. To receive notification when in App posting to Facebook will be available, please send us an email at service [at] thinkbiologic [dot] com and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s online.

Troubleshooting: Facebook Sharing
Hi Bob – I’ve posted a checklist on BioLogic’s Facebook page for anyone who has been having sharing issues. The list is detailed below or you can find it here.
1. Ensure the latest BikeBrain v2.2 is installed.
2. Use the BikeBrain > Settings > Sharing Settings to sign out of Facebook and sign in again. Then share a trip again.
3. If the error 400 or 403 still occurs, try these steps: Use a computer to sign into your Facebook account. Select menu at top right corner > Home > Account Settings. Select left hand side menu > Apps. Click the plus symbol (+) at the right hand side of the BioLogic BikeBrain entry to de-authorize the app. Go back to the BikeBrain app Sharing Settings screen on your iPhone, sign out and sign into Facebook again. When prompted by Facebook, press the “Install” button and “Allow All” button. Then try sharing a trip again.

Still cant share on Facebook
Hi,
I posted to support on 23 August about problems sharing to Facebook. Any cahnce of anyone looking into it for me please? I have latest version of Bike Brain and iphone softweare but still get 403 error.
